Akka.NETSchedulerExtensionsScheduleTellRepeatedlyCancelable Method (IScheduler, TimeSpan, TimeSpan, ICanTell, Object, IActorRef)
Schedules to send a message repeatedly. The first message will be sent after the specified initial delay and there after at the rate specified.

Parameters

scheduler
Type: Akka.ActorIScheduler
The scheduler
initialDelay
Type: SystemTimeSpan
The time period that has to pass before the first message is sent.
interval
Type: SystemTimeSpan
The interval, i.e. the time period that has to pass between messages are being sent.
receiver
Type: Akka.ActorICanTell
The receiver.
message
Type: SystemObject
The message.
sender
Type: Akka.ActorIActorRef
The sender.

Return Value

Type: ICancelable
An ICancelable that can be used to cancel sending of the message. Once the message already has been sent, it cannot be cancelled.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IScheduler. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
